He has created a channel to hold your quilt in when preparing to hang. Easy to load and hang in just minutes. May we suggest that you consider ordering yours to be 1-2 inches longer than the quilt as shown in the pictures. When ordering select your size range and then please specify the actual length you'd like your custom hanger made.
